Confirm your delivery area

Service availability depends on the product and delivery address. Please confirm availability with us before ordering if your location is not covered by a confirmed delivery option.

Delivery is offered only where the product, recipient and fulfillment provider are legally authorized. We do not offer interstate delivery of marijuana. Adult-use cannabis delivery within New York must be carried out by an authorized provider in accordance with New York requirements, including age and identity checks.

Timing and charges

Delivery availability and applicable charges are confirmed for the products and address in your particular order. Review those details before committing to the purchase.

Preparing for handover

1. Check your details. Supply an accurate delivery address, working contact number and relevant access instructions.
2. Have identification ready. Where age, identity or recipient-eligibility checks are required, the authorized recipient must be present with the required identification. Such orders cannot be left unattended.
3. Check the order. Review the items and packaging, and tell us promptly about an issue.

Packaging and delivery updates

Products must retain any required packaging, labeling and safety information. If you have a packaging or privacy request, ask before ordering; a particular packaging arrangement is not guaranteed unless confirmed.

Missed deliveries and changes

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or a required recipient check cannot be completed, contact us to discuss the options. Any redelivery charge or cancellation consequence must be explained before you agree to it.

Requests to change an address, delivery time or order depend on the stage of preparation and the rules that apply to the product.

Missing, incorrect or damaged items

Contact us promptly if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or defective. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and do not return a regulated product until we provide instructions. Any remedy is subject to the facts, applicable law and the terms disclosed for that order.
