Answer the age prompt honestly. Do not use another person’s identification or arrange a purchase for someone who is not eligible.

What the age popup does

The entry prompt asks you to confirm whether you are 21 or older by selecting Yes or No. It is a self-declaration, not an identity check or authorization to purchase.

Where the popup remembers your choice, it may save an age-confirmation result and expiry on your device for up to 30 days. Clearing site data or using another browser can make the prompt appear again. The Yes/No prompt does not ask you to enter a date of birth.

Purchase and delivery eligibility

Depending on the product and applicable rules, purchase or handover may require valid government-issued photo identification and additional proof of eligibility. An order may be declined or held if required checks cannot be completed.

Protecting children and personal information

Keep regulated products securely stored, in their original packaging, and away from children and pets. Do not share them with anyone who is not legally eligible.
